The
LT-5000 Series of
optical leak test systems is the first generation of
NorCom Systems patented holographic leak test systems
These systems were designed to test a wide range of
hermetic electronic packages. They report results in
a lid deflection measurement that is then correlated
with known helium leak rates.
Current
owners of the LT-5000 Series can have their systems
upgraded to a NorCom
2020. This new generation reports directly
in cc-atm/sec.
